The POD Network offers several sponsorship opportunities at the annual conference. The conference Vendor Exhibit is held all day on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. In 2019, the dates will be Thursday, Nov. 14; Friday, Nov. 15; and Saturday, Nov. 16. The conference will be held in Pittsburgh, PA, November 13-17. Please see sponsorship levels below. Bronze Level: $1000 includes two 6-foot skirted tables (w/ chairs, wifi & electrical access), logo in program and on poster, podium recognition, 75 minute vendor session in program (optional), one conference registration. Extra tables are $500 each.
Silver Level: $3000-$4000 includes four 6-foot skirted tables (w/ chairs, wifi & electrical access), logo in program and on poster, podium recognition, two 75 minute vendor session in program (optional), four conference registrations. Extra tables are $500 each.
Gold Level: $5000-$10,000 includes four 6-foot skirted tables (w/ chairs, wifi & electrical access), logo in program and on vendor poster displayed during Vendor Exhibit, podium recognition and thanks, two 75 minute vendor session in program (optional), four conference registrations plus exclusive sponsorship of a breakfast, meal, break, or plenary: a poster provided by vendor (no bigger than 2.5 x 4 feet) at each entrance to event displayed on an easel; screen display of sponsoring entity displayed before beginning of event (if applicable); event listed as “sponsored by” in program. Extra tables are $500 each.
