In this session, attendees will learn from the experiences of educational developers at several different colleges and universities who have worked to improve how teaching is evaluated. They will describe how they identified and worked with key constituents to develop or modify key documents and policies, including in many cases the end-of-semester student surveys used across the institution. These colleagues will share how they lead or supported institution-wide change management by using their educational development knowledge, skills, and connections. They will provide concrete suggestions, recommendations, and example materials that educational developers at other institutions can use to engage in this work.
