Friday, March 21, 1–2 EST
Facilitators: Deborah Kronenberg, College Unbound; Dana Grossman Leeman, Tufts University; Rick Huizinga, University of Groningen (Netherlands)
In this interactive workshop, we will build on our group genius to investigate the power of relationships to effective facilitation, especially with educational leaders. We will share stories, listen deeply, play, and unpack key components of relationship-centric work such as attunement to self and others, a connection between content and process, the context of the work in the world, and Relational Cultural Theory. We will share tools and concepts that strengthen those relationships and keep our values at the forefront of our work. Participants will leave with a personal vision for connected learning, strategies to apply, and a co-created resource to support their work.
