We are committed to conducting a broadly inclusive search, consistent with our values, and to being as transparent as we can while still preserving the confidentiality of applicants.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a creative, inclusive leader to advance the leading membership organization for educational developers in higher education. The next Executive Director will have organizational leadership experience or competencies, ideally in a volunteer-driven non-profit setting; demonstrated systems thinking skills; strong communication skills; and business acumen. The ideal candidate will also be able to build and sustain relationships within and outside the POD Network and to develop and nurture an organizational culture characterized by equity, inclusion, and care for all members.

The POD Network invites confidential nominations and applications for the position of Executive DirectorPlease send all inquiries, applications, and nominations to Paula Fazli, Sage Search Partners, at [email protected]. The POD Network supports individuals’ growth and potential at all stages and is committed to creating equitable and representative work environments. Research shows that women and individuals who hold underrepresented identities tend to only apply to jobs for which they believe they meet all of the qualifications. Job descriptions are aspirational, and no one meets every bullet listed. We strongly encourage applications from individuals with varied identities and backgrounds, such as people of color, women, people with disabilities, immigrants, LGBTQIA+ people, veterans, and people who come from low income or working class backgrounds.
