    Dear POD Colleagues.
You are invited to participate in a survey to identify and document formative feedback for teaching development strategies and techniques in higher education. For the purpose of this research, formative feedback is defined as an intentional, voluntary, developmental strategy for instructors to receive feedback about their teaching with the goals to better understanding and improving student learning. The focus of this research will fill a much-needed gap in knowledge about the activities and scope of this educational development practice.

Below is a link to an online survey where you can provide details about formative feedback for teaching development, and identify resources, strategies and techniques.

The University of Calgary Research Ethics Board has approved this research Certificate REB17-1690.

Your participation is voluntary and should take approximately 30 minutes to complete. Your responses will be anonymous and confidentiality will be maintained.

By completing this survey you will be contributing to the sharing of resources, and examples of formative feedback processes in higher education.

The survey will remain open until February 25, 2018.
